Data deletion instructions

If you have messaged a business that uses Synthra on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

1. Email aiautomations.hamza@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which channel you used (Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp), the name of the Page or business you contacted, and your profile name, username or phone number so we can find your records.
3. We confirm your request by email, then delete your conversations, media, profile details and conversation summaries from Synthra within 30 days, and send you a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

Messages, comments we stored, uploaded media, profile name, username and picture, and the generated conversation summary. Copies held by Meta or by the business itself are outside our control; contact them separately.
