Try the Synthra assistant

This guide shows how to see Synthra receive a Messenger message and reply. Test accounts and credentials are provided only in the Meta App Review submission.

1. Open our test Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61594859573148.
2. Choose "Message" to open Messenger, and send: "Hi, what services do you offer?"
3. The assistant replies within a few seconds using the business's knowledge base.
4. Send "Can I talk to a person?" The assistant hands over, and replies from the Page inbox pause the bot for that conversation.
5. Post a comment on a Page post to see comment handling (reply, hide or route to inbox, depending on settings).
6. To see deletion, follow data deletion.
